To attract and retain staff physicians who desire ownership in medical office buildings, Methodist Stone Oak Hospital created the Physician Owner Program. This program allows the Hospital and Methodist Healthcare to:
- Preserve capital for Hospital expansion
- Retain reasonable control over Medical Office Building design and allowable uses
- Relieve Hospital Administration from ’Landlord“ duties allowing Hospital to focus on its primary relationship with Physician while also reducing fraud and abuse exposure
Physicians who partner with Methodist Stone Oak Hospital will receive convenient on-campus, state-of-the-art office space to practice.
